Nuedai
Mousery is located just outside of Meridian, MS in Toomsuba. We
were not always Nuedai, but once operated under the name of Rockwell
Rodentry. We now concentrate solely on breeding Fancy Mice in
the varieties of American Brindle, Splashed, Lavender,
and Lynx Argente.
I
take a great interest in mouse genetics and have done extensive
research on the subject.

Here
at Nuedai Mousery we are breeding for show quality mice. When breeding for show quality mice, you must look at the whole mouse: type, color, temperament, and health. We do not put health or temperament over type and color. A good show mouse must be healthy, well-tempered, nicely typed, and of the correct color in order to be considered for competition.
A mouse that bites or is unhealthy will be eliminated from competition before the type and color are ever looked at, so there is no reason to put any trait before another when selecting a breeding animal bred for show.
At Nuedai Mousery, we breed for the whole package.

Show Wins & Titles |
At Nuedai Mousery, we pride ourselves in keeping and breeding from only the best stock. It is for this reason that we show our breeding animals, to be sure that we are definately breeding from the best.
Wins at mouse shows are reflected in the pedigrees and general information of the mice we own. We like for our mice both from purchases and our breeding to be the get of animals that have proven themselves in competition.
It is my sincerest hope that, eventually, all our pedigrees show the proof of our efforts.

Breeding & Pet
Quality |
Any mice sold from Nuedai Mousery are considered breeding quality. It is at the new owner's discretion whether or not to breed their new mice.
At Nuedai Mousery, we do not breed for pets. We also do not have "pet" quality mice in our litters. All of our litters are culled to only the best specimens to represent their variety or to be used in our breeding programme.
We strive to breed for only the best mice, and we will not release animals to the public that we feel are not good enough for breeding. Since we only release mice that are breeding quality, this makes our available mice few and far between. However, when mice are available, you are guaranteed to get a good quality mouse.
We breed for ourselves, not to supply people with pets. Our litters are planned specifically for breeders and show animals in mind. Any weak or mediocre mice are culled, so none will be available for placement.
All mice come with a 2 week health guarantee and a complete 3 generation pedigree (more generations available upon request).

Shipping
Policy |
We will ship mice via American Airlines at the buyer's expense. The cost is around $200 (depending on fuel charges) and the cost of a crate, which can be refunded if the crate is returned.
We can only ship mice from September to April due to weather. We can ship up to 4 bucks and 16 does in a crate or 20 does.
|
Health Guarantee |
We guarantee the health of our mice for a 2 week quarantine period after purchase. The guarantee includes any communicable diseases and parasites. If a quarantine is skipped or the mice are exposed to any other mice during the 2 weeks, then the guarantee is null and void.

Purchasing
Fancy Mice from Nuedai Mousery |
We do not sell mice to anyone under the age of 18 without parental consent. We do not sell breeding stock to anyone under the age of 16.
We do ask for updates on health and litters produced, however, your obligations stop at the first generation. If you can no longer keep a mouse from us, we either ask that you return the mouse or have it humanely euthanized. We do not allow adopters to re-adopt out our mice. We also politely ask that you do not allow anyone to use our mice as a stud to an animal in their mousery.
We prefer to sell to either non-breeding pet homes or breeders who will cull litters down to 4 and rarely adopt out.
The price for our mice is $15 - $20. This is subject to change at anytime.
We also prefer homes where the mouse will be shown at either an AFRMA, SEFMA, ECMA, or MMC event. If the mouse is to be a breeder, we prefer that it be shown in a regular class show, before being bred, if a show is scheduled within a reasonable amount of time from adoption.
We do not list available animals on this website. If you would like to know if we have any mice available, please contact me.
We rarely have anything that will be adopted out, but if something is available, a pedigree and picture can be provided upon request.
We do not breed mice for profit or snake food.
